The company started operations in 2017 as an initiative to address the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Our strategic vision is to become a leading and preferred supplier of professional services in the agricultural sector using knowledge, expertise and strengths in strategic and critical thinking to find integrated, innovative solutions for our clients.
Our aim is to assist small-holder farmers to actively participate in the South African agricultural sector. Through offering access to markets opportunities and support services, we facilitate the development of African farmers and ensure the long-term sustainability of the agricultural sector.

As a Director of Partnerships at Sprout Africa and socio-economic development advocate, Ms.Sebusi sustains relationships with key stakeholders locally as well as internationally that she sources and forms. This consistently ensures that the Financial Sustainability of Sprout Africa is maintained.
Masabata is a passionate entrepreneur and consistently thrives to contribute meaningfully to Sprout Africa’s vision.
Co-Founder: Head of Recruitment
Ms.Lepholletsa is a community builder and considers herself a strategic thinker; Shadei graduated from the University of the Free State with a BSc in Genetics and Physiology. She works as a Project Manager for a clinical Research organization. When Shadei is not advocating for women in business through the ABSA Accelerator program, Ms. Lepholletsa sits on various NGO boards.

Ms Zondi is leader with a passion for sustainable community and youth development. Her roles in Sprout Africa include leading and overseeing all farmer training & development initiatives. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Town and continues building sustainable communities through her work in various NGOs & social enterprises.
Head Of Business Development
Mr. Mariri is a social entrepreneur; a graduate of the Social Entrepreneurship Programme from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) additionally he holds a BCom degree in Economics and International Trade from the North-West University. Odi brings into the business four years of project development experience, leadership, and business management.
